Deleted local user admin

Hi All,

I have deleted admin user on fortigate using fortimanager and push the policy, however now I'm not able to access directly or via fortimanager.

Can anyone help me how can I recover the access.

is FortiGate still manageable from Forti Manager, like are you still able to push configs to the FortiGate without accessing it from fortimanager, if yes you should be able to create a admin user on Fortimanager and push it back to FortiGate

Hi @vishal1,

Do you have another admin user? If not, there is no way to access the Fortigate. You will need to factory reset the FortiGate and push new config from FortiManager.
