Hi, I would like to ask the community for help, some cell phones cannot stay constantly connected to my Wi-Fi network, even though they are within the range of the forti AP. All cell phones have automatic connection enabled, but as soon as they turn off the screen simply disconnects from the Wi-Fi, sometimes even during use. What do I do?

In case of FortiGate wifi or FGT-managed FortiAPs, you would want to check the Wifi Event log, and search for log-id 43629 - "Wireless client RADIUS authentication failure". This will again include the time, username, and also the MAC address in the log entry. It will also mention the SSID that the client was trying to connect to. At this point you have the MAC address again and can go hunting.
