Blocking phishing and spyware sites

I' m a proud owner of a brand new FG 100A, which I was planning on implementing on many of our customers, because of the great virus- and URL filtering. However, my quick testing suggests FG doesn' t stop any phishing or spyware sites. I tested this using the ten first entries from http://www.aa419.org/fake-banks/fakebankslist.php. FG had categorized _zero_ of these. :( Then I tested http://www.hotbar.com which was categorized as " Freeware Downloads" and http://www.claria.com, which was categorized as " Grayware" . Even worse, when I tried to submit these sites as phishing or spyware sites on the FG Center, it wouldn' t let me. All you can submit there are the " normal" categories. :( Isn' t FG supposed to be better than this?

Hey. It keeps getting better: I submitted http://www.trustbankofengland.com/, which is on the fake banks list. I told FG I wanted it to be categorized as Greyware. Guess what they did? --- Submission Date: Tue, 22 Nov 2005 04:40:28 -0800 URL: http://www.trustbankofengland.com/ Suggested Category: Grayware Comment: Phishing site Update Date: Tue, 22 Nov 2005 22:17:01 -0800 Updated Category: Finance and Banking ---

I keep getting my submitted phishing sites categorized wrong. What' s the point of paying for a web filtering system that is wrong, and refuses to correct itself dispite cutsomer' s own efforts?? --- Submission Date: Wed, 31 May 2006 23:52:02 -0700 URL: http://www.natwestb-online.com/ Suggested Category: Phishing Comment: Phishing bank site Update Date: Thu, 1 Jun 2006 04:56:23 -0700 Updated Category: Finance and Banking ---
