Page blocked phishing?

Fortigate is blocking this page (phishing):

autologon.microsoftazuread-sso.com

Virustotal seem have alert too, but seems legit. is this a false alarm/wrong blocking?

Based on web-filter lookup, it should be "Information Technology". You can check here https://www.fortiguard.com/webfilter
