what is " candidate default" ?

hi, i now have in my FGT800 upgraded to MR4, build 474, and i have two " default" routes to 0.0.0.0 which is being used by the external interface (T1) and the port3 interface (ADSL). when i do a ' get router info routing-table all' i an asterisk on the port3 interface. checking the legends it says the asterisk means it is the candidate default (port3). both have the same distance but different priorities where the external interface has a priority of 1 and the port3 interface has a priority of 2. how can i make the external interface the default route?

There is a CLI command to set the interface route priorities. Also, that level of code has proven problematic. I suggest one of the three upgraded versions of it.
