i have sslvpn user pool 10.212.134-10.212.134.240 for 40 users.
we encountered user reporting to us that who ever login to the SSL VPN with IP address 10.212.134.207, they will have problem connecting to map drive, intranet etc..
it seems like only this ip address will hit error.
what could be the reason.
Have you tried to debug ? I guess it would be much easier to understand what is going on rather than guessing possible reasons...
The usual 'diagnose sniffer packet ../ diagnose debug flow' I am sure would help to get insight why this happens.

realized that the ip is under quarantine.
that's why all network activity is blocked.
