Would be nice to see more about the actual firewall configuration that provides access to the web page, than the screenshot of the page that has nothing to do with Fortigate.

What firewall are you running? What version of FortiOS is it running? Is the site hosted by you guys? - If so, is the site internal or external to the firewall? - is a policy in line to allow traffic to reach the destination and back? If you can, post a sanitized policy set and we can do some digging there as well.
