how to fix an error : 500 Internal Server Error

Hi , we have a fortigate 310B with code version Fortigate-310B 3.00-b5202(MR6 Patch 2). When try to open a web site, we receive an 550 error internal server saying : << An error occurred while trying to rate the website using the webfiltering service.>> How can we fix this problem ? We remark that when we unable the protection profil on a firewall rule, the problem not occur. Thanks.

I don' t have any specific recommendations to fix this, but your firmware version is pretty old. You should consider upgrading to a more recent version. If you want to stay on 3.x, version 3.0 MR 7 patch 10 (build 754) is the latest build for that.
