help with fortinet

So ive been having a problem with fortinet, whenever i try to open discord on my laptop it tells me something along the lines of "installed fortinet incorrectly reinstall to fix" but the funny thing is is that i never installed fortinet. my only assumption is that my computer may have come with fortinet but today is the first time i have even heard of fortinet. i tried going into control pannel and files manager to delete it but i cant find it anywhere, if i could get some help with what to do i would greatly appreciate it

where is this happening btw, at home or at work? if at work have you spoken with your IT department about this? if at home, do you have a general ISP or some smaller / special one?
