Hi @ZAHIDHASEEB
At this KB, you will find the difference between 'allow' and 'exempt' in the web filter URL filter
Best regards,
Erlin
As per the weblink I followed the same. means I tried *.manageengine.com/* should work but cant
Hi @ZAHIDHASEEB
Did you followed the tip:
Putting 'space' after '*' on an expression will result in a wildcard match of all URLs.
Example:
* yahoomail.com <-- There is a space between * and yahoomail.
- Please can you provide us with the logs when you are trying to reach *.manageengine.com/*
- Please check if it matches the correct firewall policy.
Best regards,
Erlin
