I am getting the following error in logs when installing:

I think that MS ODBC 17 Driver is the issue. I have cleared the registry, temp folder and even removed all folders the installation made. But still cannot install the latest EMS.

I have rebooted multiple times and still the same error.

You can try the following steps:
Download any global uninstaller tool like IObit uninstaller and uninstall Forticlient software completely.
Restart the computer, go to C:\Program Files and delete the Fortinet/Forticlient folder manually.
