TLS error 5029 when not using other VPN

Hi, I was trying to switch from an old university VPN (set by the win10 system VPN) to the new one using Forticlient. If I already connected to the old university VPN, I can connect to the new one via Forticlient without a problem. However, if I am not connected to the old one, when I trying to use Forticlient to connect to the VPN, I got the message below about the TLS error 5029.

The one old will be decommissioned soon so I won't be able to use the old one anymore. ANd they are not supposed to be used together.

I have checked the all TLS version in the internet options but the error remain.  Could you help me with this?

Thanks

We'd love to see the picture...

TLS minimum requirements are set on the FGT in the CLI, "config system global". That might be worth checking.

Hi, Have you received any fix for the issue mentioned? Because I am facing exactly the same issue now.

Thanks in advance.
