Setup FortiGate environments with full Layer 2 networking on AWS/Google Cloud

Folks, I would like to share that we have been able to get Fortinet FortiGate VMware and KVM appliance running on Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services with full Layer 2 networking capabilities - such as VLANs, VMACs, Gratuitous ARP- using Ravello.
