Receive quarantine report for user - default disabled

Hello guys,

I am wondering if it is possible to set the default status of this feature (Receive quarantine report) to disabled?

So we can enable this just for users which we want?

 

We have deployed Fortimail in Gateway mode.

Yes, it is possible to set the default status of the "receive quarantine report" feature to disabled and then enable it for specific users as needed. Here's how you can achieve this:

1. By default, you can disable the "receive quarantine report" feature for all users in the FortiMail configuration settings.

2. When you want to enable this feature for specific users, you can go to the User Preferences section and individually enable the "receive quarantine report" option for those users.

Hello ashishrathee, and thank you for your response.
I probably understand this, but my problem is in step 1. - I cant find where in Fortimail configuration is this setting. Can you please help me to find this setting?
Or it is needed to disable this setting in User Preferences in each user?

Because Fortimail create new user each time, when is received e-mail for this mailbox (doesnt depend if mailbox exists in mail server). And after that is by default set "receive quarantine report" enabled in this moment. 
And we need to change this default setting to disable, so we can choose "enabled" status by our own.
