Now i upgrade a Firewall Fortinet to version FortiOS v5.4.1 and i have a problem with this verision, becouse, the device is not responding. I don´t have access to the administration of the device via WEB, TELNET or SSH. The problem it was corrected after the reset of this firewall. The logs of the device not thel me nothing, the register of CPU´s, Memory and traffic it´s normal. What are the possible causes of the device being stunned?
If it was working fine before the upgrade, it must have been caused by the upgrade process or 5.4.1 itself. I would revert back to the previous version either using a method described in a KB[https://kb.fortinet.com/k....do?externalID=FD31908] if it was one step upgrade, or flush the boot drive, upload the previous image via TFTP, then upload the saved config with the previous version. Then look for an upgrade path that skips 5.4.1 (I remember 5.4.0-5.4.1 were problematic) and go the a higher version in 5.4 directly, which likely don't have the problem.
Also make sure you follow the proper upgrade path as documented in the release notes shipped with the version you are upgrading to.
