Hi, We have an Active/Standby pair of firewalls in Azure using the internal and external load balancer design. We spotted in the logs that local services such as NTP/DNS/Updates from fortinet.net are all failing with the action = timeout.
They were attempting to source from the external nic and have also tried the internal NIC but the same result. Considering this is a supported deployment has anyone seen and resolved this?
Thanks!

Hello kins,
May I know in which logs are you seeing the services failing?
May I know if you are seeing it on Active Firewall or Passive Firewall?

Nagaraju.
Hi, I was able get this working by changing the local routing outbound to dynamic / auto and then the cluster could connect to the forti licensing service and update services.
