SNMP field

Hello Dears

we have FortiSIEM 2000F with collector 500F , we had upgrade the supoer to version 7 all devices are connteced layer 2 to FortiSIEM without any firewall when i tring to add SNMP,SSH for F5 and PaloAlto firewall it give us failed while it was working on prieves version which was 6.5

anyone could help us plz
