Hi,
I'm trying to install Forticlient in a Windows 7 computer. The problem is that, during the installation, it fails once it reaches the "Starting services" phase. The installation software shows an error message that says: "Service Fortishield failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services". After that, the installation just rollbacks.
The computer only has one user account (Administrator), and I have tried running it explicitly as an administrator, but the situation doesn't change.
Any solution?

However, once I have managed to install the program, and try to connect to the VPN after receiving the Forti Token, I encounter the same problem that I posted here (which is still unresolved):

I have downloaded Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64 and tried to install but It is not applicable.
I am facing issue in installing forticlient.. Kindly suggest some solution.
