Hi All,
Did some googling and tried every fix I could find to no avail.
We are using forticlient 7.0.6 with EMS 7.0.6. When we connect to the VPN, our internet icon is the dreaded globe icon. Internet and everything still works BUT outlook will not connect or load email. Any ideas? This is happening on all of our windows 10 laptops on the newest windows 10 update 21H2.

So I have a return from one of our FortiClient EMS expert.
So could you please open a support ticket with the below information:
fortigate backup config.
endpoint profile XML config.
forticlient diagnostic results file.
It is probably a full tunnel VPN and some blocking done in FortiGate.
They will help you to troubleshoot.
