GTunnel and GPass proxy tools

Hello, There are some proxy tools such as " GTunnel" and " GPass" , which uses the Skype Network to reach their server farm and consequently bypass the application filtering of Fortigate. Fortigate have the capability of detecting and blocking these tools when used in a standard mode but not when used in " Skype Mode" , that is using the Skype Network to communicate with GTunnel and Gpass servers. For those who want to test this tool, download it and try from : http://www.internetfreedom.org/GTunnel Does anyone know a way to block these tools without blocking Skype ? The thing is we cannot block Skype on our Network as it' s being used for professional purposes by employees. Thanks.
