FortiClient VPN Certificat Problem

Hello, I am experiencing a certificate problem when connecting vpn via forticlient vpn. The user has the certificate approval window for each connection. I added different Fortinet certificates in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities but the problem remains the same. The post are in win10 1903 with the latest version of FortiClient. I attach screens of the certificates present on the machines.

Does anyone have a solution? Thank you
