Hi all,
sometimes you have a routing problem on a system behind a remote firewall. For example someone forgot the correct ip route or there is a type in the address of the router/firewall. Even if you use IPv6 the typo happens fast
With IPv4 that's not a big problem. You connect with SSH to the firewall and do an "execute ssh user@host" and you can fix the routing problem.
But if you have an IPv6 (only) system, I didn't find a way to use the Fortigate as a SSH client. There is no "execute ssh6 user@host) and if you do an "execute ssh user@ipv6-hostname" this doesn't work.
So my simple feature request: recompile the SSH client in FortiOS in a way to be able to open outgoing SSH connection.
Thank you very much in advance
