FSSO agent can' t be startup

Hi ALL, I am trying to use the FSSO polling NEW method to see the user traffic by name instead of IP. However, it seems doesn' t work. So I back to use the OLD method - install the FSSO agent to the domain controllers. After the installation & reboot the both DC, I found the service is stopped (even it' s set as automatically startup), I tried to manually starting it up, it will start up for a while (maybe 5 seconds) then stopped... and with an error in DC' s event log as below:
Event ID: 4321 Source: NetBT Type: Error Message: " The name " AAAA :1d" could not be registered on the Interface with IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. The machine with the IP address yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy did not allow the name to be claimed by this machine." In which, AAAA=domain name, xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. is the IP address of the DC, yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy is my client PC' s IP.
Anyone has idea? Thanks!

Hello, Feel free to read the following Microsoft KB article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822659 And maybe this forum post could help: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/074d11e0-a6e9-4811-9104-686ddfbf95be/event-id-4321-source-netbt By the way, * does the collector agent with log level debug reports something related to the service stop (hint: search for " start" keyword)? * Does the collector agent stores a crash in the event viewer application category logs (hint: search for " collectoragent.exe" )? * Which Collector Agent build are you using? Regards, Francois
