My 3cx behind fortigate 1000A

i use fortigate for NAT ip to 3cx in my office. I set policy from wan to vip 3cx via service 3cx to all accept. and i config fortigate follow by http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/disable-sip-alg-on-fortigate/ my fortigate 50B(use for test) it work at all. but 1000A it not work. pls help config in 1000A.

Which is the FG Version? Both 50B & 1000A are running on same FOS?

Please detail info 3CX and 3CX_Test vip settings? and Any services use in policy.
