If you want to take an exam. You need to create pearson account. After that you can schedule exam from pearson website.

These courses enough for nse4. There is no course directly name nse4.
Especially the last 2 enough for exam.

For NSE4, you just need to pass one exam. Fortigate Security and FortiGate infrastructure courses are enough for the exam.
Actually, the course is not enough for the exam. Because the exam has questions about the experience.
