This is the first time i have come across this error and which is preventing me from connecting to my VPN.
Can anybody possible shed any light on the cause of this issue?
Thanks in advance
Paul

What is the exact error you get?
It is possible to restrict a user to one concurrent session on the VPN. This is what it sounds like is happening. I have seen instances where the old session is stuck on the gateway, and prevents a user from creating a new session. If that is the issue, the administrator of the firewall can clear your old session so you can login.
Logging in via the SSL-VPN web portal counts as a session - so if you try to also login using the client and they have set the max concurrent sessions to 1, you will get this error.
