Connecting to VPN modifies Windows DNS Client service

Greetings, We recently started using FortiClient and we noticed that when connecting to the VPN using FortiClient 5.2, it turns off our DNS Client service on Windows 7. This is a big issue for us due to failing web services. If we connect to VPN and then manually turn back DNS client back on while in VPN, everything works fine, so perhaps an option in FortiClient' s settings to NOT modify Windows services, could solve our problem.

Yeah, I noticed DNS client service is disable (and it' s disabled as a bug fix for another issue). But it won' t affect domain name resolution, right? E.g, ping a domain name will still work. Only ifconfig /flushdns will fail.
