I am having a problem where Forticlient gives me an App Crash error when trying to connect to our VPN. The error states that the FortiClient System Tray Controller has stopped working and gives me the details I' ve included below. I' ve tried 3 different versions of FortiClient, all with the same result. I am running Windows 7 Pro 64bit on an HP computer with an AMD Phenom II Triple-Core Processor. Windows firewalls are turned off. I performed a test on the connection and the test appeared to work fine. Has anyone seen this before? Any suggestions as to what could be causing the errors below?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
