Access smart system from internet

I am try to access my smart system from internet after allowing port forwarding but still not working

Hello @ahmed_habarab ,

 

Firstly, do you have a public IP on your FortiGate? If you say yes, can you share your configuration with us? 

 

Also, you can review this document for DNAT.

Can you check the traffic with this debug command? We can see whether traffic comes to FortiGate or not.
