We have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8500 A910 printer (wifi) that is unable to connect to the wlan interface on our FWF-40C. The 40C came stock with 4.0 MR3 P12 and we patched to P14 after experiencing this to see if it made any difference.
WiFi Settings:
Security Mode: WPA/WPA2-Personal
Data Encryption: TKIP+AES
Logs just show a single entry:
Client 3c:4a:92:09:d5:4f deleted by WTP.
Environment: FortiWifi 40C 4.0 MR3 P14
Wireless debug activated (looks like HP software attempts connection three times):
diagnose wireless wlac sta_filter 3c:4a:92:09:d5:4f 255
Here' s the debug output:

There is another post somewhat similar (#96794) but since we' re not able to connect at all, decided to make a new thread.
Any ideas?
