can't install the free version of Forticlient VPN on Windows 11 ARM.

Hi guys,

I can't install the free Forticlient VPN client on Windows 11 ARM. It doesn't generate any errors, it just rolls back and returns the following message:

Try check if there is any installation log file, it might be somewhere inside programfiles\fortinet\forticlient or something similar.

Also try search if any relevant log has been generated at that time in Windows events.

I'm currently having the same issue with version - 7.4.3.1790

I could not find any logs or events in event viewer.

However after attempting to install another version ( 7.4.4.1887 ) it installed successfully but the application would not open.

You could see the fortinet console running in processes though.

The free 7.4.4 is not available yet, so I guess you mean FortiClient the licensed version. In this case you can open a ticket.
