Wrong or empty reports

Hello everyone,

I'm new to Fortianalyzer, have a few question regarding FA reports. On Email report - Top senders by Number of Email is quite large, a few hundreds emails per user and I know for a fact that they sent 20 emails max, and the Fortigate report also show 20 mails or so (which is correct). Where this difference come from? And another one, User detailed report and FortiClient default report are empty.
