Using Forti-auth 5.5 with 6.2.2 client. After a recent 3700D firewall update from 5.5 to 6.0 users are now seeing SSH sessions that were opened on their respective desktops become inactive.
Forti-auth seeing RDP session drop as a windows logout and disallowing SSH sessions to continue on client.
Any one else seeing a similar behavior and how might this be corrected to allow persistent SSH sessions on the client after and RDP logout or drop?
Depending on the version of 6.0.x, it might be the bug causing RDP session sudden disconnects. They put the fix in with 6.0.9 or 6.0.10. But since they just released 6.0.11, I would recommend upgrading it to the latest.
If it's 6.0.9 or above already instead, it might be a new proplem and you should open a TT.
Also earlier version 6.0 had many issues with SSL VPN, if you're using SSL VPN instead of IPSec with the clients, that might be the cause too. Another reason to upgrade to the latest of 6.0.
