I have a FortiWifi 60E and it has been working fine. I moved office which resulted in an external ip address change and now the SIP provider on my 3CX PBX can't register. Since I can find no troubleshooting information on either the 3CX PBX or the 60E, I have no idea what the problem is. The only change has been the external ip address. Prior to that change, the PBX was working fine.
Any idea what I should be checking? Is there anywhere on the 60E that will show me the traffic going through it? I started a ping on the 3CX box just to verify that I can monitor what is going on and I could find no reference to that traffic on the 60E. Very frustrating :(
