I just setup a fortigage 100E with Fortios 5.6.5 and am having issues with IP phones using SIP. They phones work fine, just randomly they lose connection to the servers based in the cloud and we have to reboot the phones and then they will work fine for a few hours. I'm trying to figure out if it is something in the firewall or if it is an issue with the setup of the phone system in the cloud.

A few questions to narrow down the problem a little further:
- Did the current symptom just started when you put the FG100E in place? Means it was working fine with the previous NAT device?
- Does the cloud server just lose registration of the phones (or the phones show "unregistered" or other indications on the screen) when the phones are not used (means SIP). Or calls get cut off in the middle (means RTP). Or something else.
- Does the symptom occur to ALL of the phones at the same location, or some specific phones only?
- Are those phones always fine for a few hours (or morspecifically like 180 min) after a reboot (means re-registration)?
