Print Error

Hi all,

We have a problem with some computers when they want to print. We are using FortiGate 100E with firmware v5.6.2.

Recently, we’ve segmented our network traffic.

 

After that, for example, I can’t print with my IP address. But if I change my IP address, it works perfectly. If I configure this IP in another computer, this computer doesn’t print.

I print from any other vlan or with another IP address of my our vlan.

 

Finally, yesterday we try to disable the ssl Certificate Inspection in the policy between my vlan and the server’s vlan and now I can print with my old IP address. But If enable the SSL Certificate Inspection It doesn’t work.

 

Do you know what’s happening?  Can you help us?
