I am having an strange issue trying to install anyversion of forticlient. It gets to driver installation and then rolls back. I am installing it on a computer who has had its registry ' modified' (read tinkered with). I had to edit some network related entried in the HKLM/system/CurrentControlSet/Control/ and ENUM. I maky have deleted something wrong... Anyway... I did a verbose logging of the MSI installation and came up with the following Logged error....

I have the full (600+KB) log file if interested. Basically I am asking... AT this point in the MSI installation, What registry/file modification are involved in " Installing fortidrv2" . I am also having an issue where Cisco' s VPN client will not install becuase DNE fails during installation. I think I FUBAR' ed by registry, and I would like to attempt a manual fix. Please advise.
