HTTP Status Request 401 when registering a collector for FortiSIEM
Hi Guys,
I'm basically running into a problem registering my collector to the supervisor encountering this error after executing the command:
I've tested the ports through telnet and they seem to be open.
Hope you could help me with this issue.

Hello Cholo,
Which firmware you are running on your FSIEM ?
There are few similar problems with 6.2.1 and 6.4.0 that have been reported already. I would recommend to better open a new support ticket, so this can be investigated further.

Which username and password did you use?
Use the username and password you use to access the GUI of FortiSIEM not the one used for accessing Supervisor (CLI).

Hi,
Please confirm that the collector version you are attempting to register is compatible with the version of FortiSIEM you are using. Incompatibilities between collector and FortiSIEM versions can cause authentication issues. Check the compatibility matrix or release notes for both the collector and FortiSIEM to ensure compatibility.
