Fortiwifi 60D SSID Issues

Hey all, yesterday a co-worker and I ran across a strange issue at one of our branch sites.

Basically we have this 60D running 5.2.7, and it has 4 SSID's associated with it. two of the SSID's need to braodcast, and the other two do not need to broadcast. However when this was configured we found that we could not connect to the two non-braodcasted ssid's no matter what we did. So we enabled broadcast on them, and then we were able to connect.

Now I'm told some of the tenants are having trouble connecting to any ssid (although my wifi health monitor in the GUI doesn't show any failed login attempts so this could just be user error). It's basically one big cluster f at this point, and I'm wondering if you all have any insight or knowledge that would help.
