We've had a firewall where all fortitokens have changed from their regular active status to a status of 'new', and now no one can login.
I don't see anything in the logs that points as to why this happened. It's happened sometime after Feb 11th.
Is there a way to fix this/revert them back to active status without having to reprovision all of the tokens? It's a fairly large site so I'd rather fix it than reprovision.
