Hi, your NAND is most probably bad, very popular issue with 60C. You can desolder the NAND chips from the mainboard and connect a pendrive to the USB port on the back of the firewall then install new firmware onto that USB via TFTP from bootloader menu. This is something I tried myself and I can confirm it works. Unfortunately while the NAND chips are still on the mainboard the bootloader will not allow you to use a pendrive as a primary disk it will always try to install the firmware on the onboard NAND which is corrupted in your case. You can also replace the NAND chips. Identical refurbished ones can be bought on aliexpress for like 5 USD a piece. You could also buy different NAND chips but they have to be compatible and in order to know if they are you need someone who can read datasheets and understands memory structure and I am not such person.
