Fortigate 600 D Live connections monitoring

Dears, Good day, I have a customer who has a FortiGate 600 D, he has a multiple leased lines and he was complaining from bandwidth consumption, and internet stability issues, he want to have a full visibility to his network to monitor users live connections and need a simple reports for the below items such as: What are live connections currently running? Which user consuming the bandwidth? By which application that user consuming the bandwidth?

What size of data usage every user consume? Is there any effective solution that may help him to accomplish that case? Also, he didn't want to go with FortiAnalyzer now, maybe in the future. Please help me in this case, also please share any videos along with the accurate steps to make it.

Can you also share what steps required for FortiGate 600 D health check steps or videos.
