Forticlient with Radius authentication

Hi

I have setup the Fortigate Radius to authenticate against the NPS on Windows 2012 AD and successfully tested for a user

I have setup SSLVPN using Radius authentication and I can successfully log on the SSLVPN portal URL.

Once the Forticlient is downloaded and configured, when I try to connect with the same username, it fails with the following error: "Unable to logon to the server. Your user name or password may not be configured properly for this connection (-12)

I cannot figure out why it is not working. Would someone be able to point me to the right direction, as I am pretty new with Fortigate?

Thanks in advance

Try sniffing auth packets between the FG and RADIUS to see if a request and reply have sent and been received. We use similar arrangement (I'm not familiar on Windows side though. Managed by other group) for SSL VPN and WiFi and this is the start of our troubleshooting process.
