FortiPAM secret import folder structure

what should I type in the folder on the import file if the folder I want to import secret to is this:
"Public > team > FirstName Lastname" how am I supposed to translate this into the import secret excel file. I tried
"Public > team > FirstName Lastname"

"Public/team/FirstName Lastname"
"Public\team\FirstName Lastname"
each try return the generic "invalid folder" error but doesn't tell me how to type the folder path into the colum of the import file. some examples would be appreciated on the KB that even list the generic error message in the screenshot without providing any suggestion on how to fix that error...

Hi @DanyDemers

When getting this error "Invalid Folder" there is a button "Download" which can include detail information ,do you see any information about this failure.

@rbraha I did this already and the downloaded file simply list "invalid folder" in the error column without any additionnal detail on how to correctly input the path.

Hi @DanyDemers

Please check the screenshot below, probably you have not specified the folder or template correctly.

@rbraha your screenshot show a direct folder whithout space, my question is how do I input the folder name when my folder strucure looks like this: "Public\team\FirstName Lastname"

rbraha

Hi @DanyDemers

Usually you specify directly Public/Personal folder name on the file, can you provide some screenshots of your folders structure on FPAM ?

@rbraha I don't know how to see a folder structure view, when I click on open Tree it shows me "Public" or "Personal" folder the same way but the folder strucure is as this:

"Public"

  -> "Team"

        -> "Firstname Lastname"

I'm not the administrator of the platform, I just want to import my list of RDP machine into this system inside my folder "Firstname Lastname"

@rbraha Still no reply on how I should write down the folder name in the excel file to succesfully import my vm list.

Hi @DanyDemers

Usually you have to specify only public /personal folder , l don't any option for now at least on this version of FPAM.

@rbraha
So there is no way to specify subfolder for importing secret? That leaves me completely amazed that nobody ever thought about this in the design team.
