How can you provide installer without signed drivers? Are you living in a cave or something? Nobody can install your 5.4 version because of this. Now my PC is ruined. Full of random fortinet files and registry entries which CANNOT be deleted. Very poor job!

I had to install "Windows6.1-KB3033929-x64" For my Windows Pro SP1 installation before it would work. How can you provide installer without signed drivers? Are you living in a cave or something? Hello,
I encountered the same Installation trial problem,
i.e. got " 'FortiShield' failed to start verify that you have that you have sufficient privileges to start system services"
- running under Win7 64 bits,
- have Admin rights to run the installation
- I assumes that the FortiClient = 5.4 , but can verify it
- I tried to figure out whether there are some un-needed Fortigate drivers (my computer -> manage -> device manager etc.), but find NONE
- In the FCTInstall.log :
...
MSI (s) (00:EC) [08:03:34:398]: Executing op: ServiceControl(,Name=FortiShield,Action=1,,) StartServices: Service: FortiShield Error 1920. Service 'FortiShield' (FortiShield) failed to start. - As a solution, I would like to DL and install a previous FortiClient (e.g. 5.2 ??),
BUT can not find DL link for that,
- Tried to ask for assistance, from few of your Israeli rep. support, but.... they are no willing enough
Many thanks in advance
Hst
