FortiClient 6 not allowing website even after URL has been re-categorized

Running FortiClient 6.0.4 on a Win 10 laptop.

 

Client needs access to a website, but cannot since it is categorized as a "Newly Observed Domain" and this category is being blocked.

 

I requested FortiGuard review and re-categorize the website as "Business"; receive confirmation it has been updated to "Business". Confirmed using [link]https://fortiguard.com/webfilter[/link]

However, the website is still not accessible: "URL Blocked by FortiClient".

I've tried clearing the PC's DNS cache using "ipconfig /flushdns" with no change. I also tried clearing the DNS cache on the FortiGate using the "Clear Web Filter Cache" setting under the FortiGuard section, but it continues to be blocked.

 

This has happened at other client sites running FortiClient 6.0.X.

 

Any other ideas (other than restarting the PC) to allow access to these re-categorized websites?
