I have configured access to a FortiAnalyzer 200F via a FortiGate SSL-VPN portal. I can connect to the login GUI, enter a username and password, but when I click the "Login" button, a frame outlines the button and it does not respond. The device functions normally otherwise.
I am not able to test login to the device locally at this time as it is in a remote location that I do not have access to. I do have SSH access to the device through the same SSL-VPN portal and there are no issues.
Any hints or suggestions or solutions appreciated!
Downgrading the FortiAnalyzer to version 6.2.5, build 1307 restored the GUI login functionality. However, the default templates and charts are now missing. This is an unacceptable solution and is not recommended for factory production FortiAnalyzers. I do not recommend this downgrade.
