Forti Client VPN not connecting on Home Wifi, but connecting on Other Wifi

Hi 

I am using Forti client VPN, when i try to access VPN through other Wifi Devices. i am able to connect, but when i try to connect on my Home wifi, it does not connect. it says "please check your configuration, network connection and pre shared key.

i am using D-Link DIR 816, my ISP informed that they are netted ISP.
