Failing to update a managed device
Since last friday I have a device with config status as "conflict" when I refreshed the device an error pops up saying "Failed to update device information", when I try to retrieve the configuration, same error same message. Does anyone can give me a hand.

What is the version of the FGT? 5.4 ---> what is the last digit? did you check the FMG/FGT chart ? https://fortinetweb.s3.amazonaws.com/docs.fortinet.com/v2/attachments/c26becec-566a-11e9-81a4-005056...
I would say contact FMG support for further investigation.
