So I have an FG200F at home and I'm about to upgrade my residential comcast circuit to their top tier speeds, and their new device comes with a 2.5gbps RJ45 interface on it. I was originally thinking of using my Mikrotik CRS309 as a media converter, but I'm not comfortable enough with Mikrotik/SWOS to put it on the internet (between cable modem and firewall). So on a whim, I plugged my Mikrotik SFP into one of the 10g SFP+ ports to see the response. I also configured a port on my Cat9300 at 2500gbps. What do you know, the interface came up! FG says it's linked at 10G Full, Cat shows 2500 full. So I configured another system on the same VLAN so I could test IP functionality. Ping appears to be working. Changed the Cat port to 5000/full, dropped about 6 ping packets and interface came right back up. Did the same up to 10000, same response.
